Nationwide Letter-Writing Campaign

Results from the June 23rd mailing

The initial reports from participating parishes who reached out directly to Faithful Advocate are encouraging. While these numbers are low relative to the number of Catholics who could participate, these are impressive given the minimal advertising for the Campaign and the urgency with which it was carried out.

The following numbers are as of June 27th:

  • Diocese of Charlotte: 464 were collected and mailed, which includes two parishes and letters sent to Faithful Advocate. One parish was delayed in reporting. Another parish was delayed in collecting. Many letters were reported to have been mailed by individuals and families directly.

  • Jefferson City: 42 letters were collected and mailed.

  • Archdiocese of Detroit: One parish collected and mailed 120 letters. Another parish collected and mailed 91 letters.

  • From currently-unknown areas: 27 and 8 and 20 letters were collected and mailed.

The actual numbers are likely much higher. Please continue to send in your letters and also continue to send in letters to Bishop Martin, Archbishop Weisenburger, and your local Bishop if he is not in support of the Traditional Latin Mass and the traditional forms of reverence and sacredness in the Novus Ordo Missae.

Stay tuned for the next Campaign.
